Ross had Legacy RID 2000 Scourge for $16.99 and Legacy Deluxes for $7.99.

I went to the two ross stores by my work yesterday, and found nothing but a legacy hotrod at one.

Went to my Ross on Friday and found a ton of Velocitron toys (no Cosmos, but a bunch of Crashers, Road Haulers, Scourges). I bought a Clampdown as well as a N.E.S.T. Jeep Bumblebee for $7.99 each. Definitely worth a check if you're looking for something you missed or some custom fodder.
Walmart.com has the Netflix Sparkless Seeker 3-pack for only $19.97.
